Who supports the supporter?
Building your own circle of care so you are never doing this work alone.
Ola House is the premier destination for social workers and therapists seeking personal and professional development. A home where you can grow your work, grow yourself, and find people who understand both.

Our story
We both started out inside systems. We loved the work and we could see what was possible, for our clients and for ourselves. When we said we wanted more, we were told we were asking for too much.
So we chose to build anyway. The moment we did, we had to go searching for someone to teach us. The money, the policies, the structure. Nobody handed us a map.
When it was time to grow, we built group practices, because that was the only path beyond one-to-one anyone had shown us. It taught us so much. It also showed us there was more than one way. Over time, each of us found our own.
And then we found each other.
Everything got lighter. Suddenly we had someone to think with, build with, and tell the truth to. That is what community really is: someone who has been where you are, walking beside you.
Ola House is what we wish someone had built for us. A home where you don't have to search for your teachers or build alone.
Where do you go?
I feel alone on this journey, and it's hard to find support for me.
I just graduated. What do I do next?
I'm thinking about leaving my full-time role. Then what?
I want to build a business, but which direction is right for me?
I have a contract in front of me. Can I pick someone's brain?
I'm writing a proposal and want a trusted second set of eyes.
Where do I go to grow professionally?
Where do I go to keep growing as a person?
These questions belong to someone who is ready to grow. You already know how to walk with people through the hardest moments of their lives. You deserve that same care, guidance, and company on your own path. That is what Ola House is here to be.
The Ola pathway
Ola comes from the Yoruba people. Ọlá means honor. Ọlà means riches and breakthrough. Ọ̀la means tomorrow. We write it without accents so it holds all three, and those three became the way we teach.
Start with what is already in you. Tend to yourself, name the skills you've built, and honor the story only you can tell.
Get the guidance the field never gave you, in plain language, from people who learned it the hard way.
Grow in the direction that fits your life, as a person and as a professional: a thriving practice, speaking, consulting, or a role in a whole new industry.
BRAVE is our signature pathway, weaving all three together with community, so you never have to build alone. Details coming soon.
Who Ola House is for
You've just graduated or you're early in your career, and you want guidance, mentors, and people to grow alongside.
You're weighing whether to leave a full-time role, start a practice, or build something beyond therapy, and you want help choosing your direction.
You're established and want trusted people to think with, from a contract review to your own personal growth.
Why we call it a house
We chose the language of home on purpose. Ola House is a community first. You can come here to learn from us, and you can also come simply because you need your people.
Both are welcome here. That is what makes it a house and not a program.
